About Me

Inspired by my love of thrifting, I have built a portfolio of artwork that reflects as antiques and vintage design aesthetic. I appreciate found objects and transform their previous purposes into new artistic forms. Reimagine these objects cultivates my curiosity. I intend for others who view my works to rethink everyday items and form a new perspective on previously overlooked pieces.

As an art teacher and an artist, I study and experiment in a variety of different art mediums that feel will inspire my students. Primarily I enjoy designing with fiber arts, painting, drawing, and photography. This allows me to help engage my students in a different art processes. Through teaching I ignite a joy for creativity in my classroom. Art allows me to overcome many of my personal challenges in new and healthy ways. I hope that by sharing my work that I can show people new tools they can use to support their mental wellness. My goal is to bring joy through therapeutic processes, tactile experiences, and to show people how they can express themselves creatively through the art making process.

Artfully,
